Redcloud's Missionary Staff:

Each member of Redcloud's missionary staff has made a long-term commitment to Redcloud and serves year-round. These are our directors, program managers, head cooks, logistics staff, and operations people. Each of our missionary staff takes the time to raise their own financial support to serve at Redcloud. Seasonal Staff: Counselors & Guides:

Redcloud's counselors form the most important link for allowing a camper having a great, life-changing stay here at Redcloud. The counselor is a camper's biggest fan, their role model, and their friend. The counselor will help a camper through a challenge, laugh with him, pray with him.

Each summer Redcloud carefully selects a large staff to minister to the campers that God brings us. We select our staff based on their love for God, love for kids, and motivation for ministry. Many of our staff are former campers or have been part of our TNT discipleship program. After a lengthy application process, interview, reference and background checks, the staff who are selected undergo at least 7 days of in-depth training before beginning their summer of ministry.
